Quads is a poker-learning app from Graham Zemel LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Who can use Quads

You must be 18 or older. Quads is a learning tool. It is not gambling, and nothing in it is worth real money: no deposits, no cash-outs, no prizes. Chips in the game are for practice only and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend an account that is used to attack the service or other players.

Free, and what stays free

Every lesson, every rank and every table is free, and whatever is free today stays free. Nobody can pay to rank higher. Paid extras only add depth on top of the free game.

Quads Plus

Quads Plus is an optional membership. Prices, what it includes and how long it lasts are shown in the app before you pay. On the web it is billed through Stripe (via RevenueCat) and in a store app through Apple or Google, whose own terms also apply. Cancel any time in the app or with the store that bills you, and Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for. For a refund email support@getquads.com; we handle each request fairly, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

What you may do

Use Quads for yourself. Please do not scrape it, reverse engineer it, use bots against other players, or try to break it. Quads, its wordmark, lessons and art belong to Graham Zemel LLC. You keep what is yours, such as your name and your answers.

No guarantees

We work hard on accuracy, but poker advice is general, and Quads does not promise you will win at any game, anywhere. The service is provided “as is”, and we may change or end features. To the extent the law allows, Graham Zemel LLC is not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. None of this limits rights you cannot lose by law.

Ending things

You can stop any time and delete your account. We may end or change the service. If we do, we will give notice in the app first when we can.
