Delete your account

You can delete your Quads account and everything attached to it, at any time, yourself.

In the app

1. Open Quads and sign in.
2. Go to More, then Settings, then Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm. You can export a copy of your progress first (Settings, Your data).

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your progress, rank, saved hands and settings.
• Your usage-data profile and its events in our analytics.

We keep one anonymous count that an account was deleted, with nothing that could tie it to you. If you have an active Quads Plus plan, deleting the account does not cancel billing at Apple, Google or Stripe, so cancel it there first. Deletion cannot be undone.

Can’t sign in?

Email privacy@getquads.com from the address you signed up with, or tell us which Apple or Google sign-in you used. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
